Since 2019, the Gold Shield Foundation of North Carolina has been committed to creating lasting relationships with our beneficiaries and their families. Below are the primary benefits we offer to the families of our fallen heroes:
The Gold Shield Foundation of North Carolina is a registered 501(c)(3), non-profit organization based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The foundation was founded in 2019 to assist the families of North Carolina's fallen and critically injured first responders in times of greatest need.
Foundation operations are funded entirely by charitable contributions from concerned citizens and corporations and does not receive government funding. The Gold Shield Foundation of North Carolina is governed by its own internal board of directors and is not a government related entity.
